Goal केवल HbA1c नहीं
Heart disease, heart failure, chronic kidney disease या obesity में medicine selection glucose के साथ organ protection और weight को भी देख सकती है। इसलिए same HbA1c वाले दो लोगों का treatment अलग हो सकता है।
SGLT2 medicines में counselling जरूरी है
Selected patients में heart या kidney benefit हो सकता है। Genital infection, dehydration और rare ketoacidosis जैसे risks समझना जरूरी है। Fasting, surgery या acute illness के लिए written plan चाहिए हो सकता है।
GLP-1 treatment cosmetic shortcut नहीं
Suitable patients में glucose और weight दोनों में मदद हो सकती है, पर nausea, vomiting, gallbladder/pancreatic history, pregnancy plan, खर्च और long-term follow-up matter करते हैं। दवा share न करें और unverified source से न लें।

क्या हर diabetic patient को SGLT2 medicine लेनी चाहिए?
नहीं। Benefit diabetes type, kidney function, heart/kidney disease, infection risk, pregnancy और दूसरे factors पर निर्भर है।
क्या weight-loss injection हमेशा लेना पड़ेगा?
Duration indication, response, side effects, access और long-term plan पर निर्भर है। शुरू करने से पहले stopping plan और cost discuss करें।
