Plan में individual sugar/BP targets, medicine review, unnecessary painkillers से बचाव, smoking cessation और suitable protective medicines शामिल हो सकती हैं।

Urine में protein मतलब kidney failure?
नहीं। यह risk marker है जिसे confirmation और management चाहिए; अकेले इससे kidney failure साबित नहीं होता।
क्या हर test से पहले metformin रोकें?
नहीं। Temporary hold केवल specific situations में होता है। Test कराने वाले clinician की instruction follow करें।
