Privacy

Good design collects as little health information as possible.

This is a public information website. You do not need to provide a medical history to read any page.

Search stays private

Guide and whole-site search filter inside your browser. Search words are not put in the URL, sent to a server or recorded as an analytics event.

Check-up and Visit Pack answers are not saved

Selections remain only in the memory of the open page. They are not saved to an account, booking form, analytics or server and disappear on refresh.

Learning progress stays on the device

The seven-day learning path and awareness courses store only completed steps and the best quiz score in local storage. No glucose value, symptom or medical answer is sent to the server.

Certificate names are not uploaded

A name entered after passing is used only to create the PDF in the browser. It is not saved, recorded in analytics or submitted to the clinic.

Limited offline cache

The production site may keep a device copy of essential safety pages and technical assets. The cache updates with new versions, and an offline banner warns that current information may be unavailable.

External services are separate

Appointment, WhatsApp, Google Maps and DrPratyush.com tools have their own privacy practices when opened. The current build does not include third-party advertising trackers.

When sharing medical details

Avoid posting reports, identity documents or personal details in public comments or unsecured messages. Share only what is necessary for the service you are using.

Do not wait for a message in an emergency

The website, WhatsApp and booking requests are not emergency services. Seek the nearest emergency care for severe symptoms.
